Three-dimensional art is my love. I am a very tactile person and I seem to be most creative when I am physically involved with my art materials. For years I was a ceramist, developing my own high fire glazes. Due to physical limitations, pottery became very difficult for me.
Now I have shifted my creative energies to fiber art and hand weaving. The varied textures and multitude of colors are a constant joy and challenge to me. I find wonderful surprises often result in unusual combinations of these. I also find pleasure in making things that people wear - they are my traveling art gallery.
