Download both PDFs to your computer. 

If you have Adobe Acrobat and can fill out the forms right on the PDF, please do so and Email the completed PDFs and photos to the Artists’ Collaborative Gallery

with GUEST ARTIST APPLICATION written in the Subject Line.  

If you cannot fill them out right from the PDF, print the PDFs, fill them in by hand, and email the gallery, 
rossisaacs@hotmail.com,
along with photos of your artwork with its medium, size and price, and inform us that you are interested in becoming a Guest Artist.

You can bring the paperwork in when you visit the gallery to process your paperwork.
